Sophisti-Kat-ed Lighting
Time just slips by and I don’t get to post anything for ages… Nevertheless, I took a few photographs of my other half while she did some recording yesterday (Kathryn Silk-Neilsen on YouTube).
The fun part was using « economic lighting » with 500w flood lights from a local hardware store (I’ll add a photo later) and my grandfathers « vintage » Photax light stands with original umbrella.
I’m quite pleased with the results although there is quite a harsh shadow on one picture I would have liked to avoid (3rd photo below). This is less problematic in the videos… I’ll post these (or links to) once Kathryn has finished post-production editing.
